I used TNK open tour bus from HCMC stopped Dalat Nhatrang, the driver from Dalat used mobile to phone ahead and prebook me same evening on bus to HoiAnn.
HCMC-Dalat (kitsche and a must) -Nhatrang (afternoon here enough)-Hue -Hanoi (overnight)
costs $23 tnk open tur bus
They stop for cham ruins after Dalat, also Marble Mountain after HoiAn etc they will often drop off at your Hotel.
